📍 Position: Operational Manager
🏢 Location: West Surabaya – Citraland
The Operational Manager is responsible for coordinating all off-site operational tasks, communication flows, scheduling accuracy, client reminders, and contractor bookings to ensure smooth project execution.
You will work closely with clients, designers, site teams, contractors, and admin to ensure that all information is communicated timely, correctly, and clearly.
Persyaratan
✅ Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
• Decent spoken & written English skills (must)
• Chinese speaking ability is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured
• Able to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and follow-ups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Spreadsheets & Calendar management
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate off-site operational tasks and project follow-ups
• Manage communication between clients, designers, site teams, contractors & admin
• Arrange and monitor contractor bookings and site appointments
• Ensure accurate scheduling and timely client reminders
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure proper updates are provided
• Maintain clear and structured project records
• Ensure information is passed accurately and promptly between all relevant parties
